Following on the huge success of the 2009 Children’s Law conference, we are proud to present the conference programme for 2010. This year will feature another fantastic line up of speakers in addition to our conference format of a one day full time programme comprising 5 MCLE units in this area.

This year’s conference will focus on the unique challenges we as professionals face in the area of child protection. It will include practical advice from experts in the field as well as commentary on some controversial areas facing practitioners

Conference Overview

The conference will feature a series of presentations by medical and legal experts, each covering an important aspect of care and protection. 

The topics will be relevant to any professional working, or with a special interest in, the field of child welfare.  It will also be essential for anyone who needs a solid understanding of where the legislation is heading in this field and how the proposed amendments to the Care and Protection Act will affect children and families.
